Terms of use

This site is provided by Cost Plus Solar. Prices shown on this site are estimates. Any final bid or contract for solar equipment or installation is between you and the licensed partner installer identified on your estimate and consent record.

Cost Plus Solar is not a party to that contract and does not sell, bid, contract for, or install solar.

Installer independence and estimates

Cost Plus Solar is a free service that helps homeowners connect with independent, licensed local solar installers. All installers are independent businesses; Cost Plus Solar is not a contractor and does not perform, warrant, or guarantee any work. Prices shown are estimates; final pricing comes from the installer after a site review. Homeowners are responsible for verifying that any installer they hire holds the license and insurance required for the work. Partner installers pay Cost Plus Solar a fee per qualified lead; this fee is never added to your price. People shown in photos or videos are models, not installers.
