The 15% covers overhead, profit, and our lead fee. It appears on your estimate as one markup line.

Technology and lead-generation company
Paid by the partner out of its 15% markup. It is never added to the homeowner price and never depends on an appointment, contract, sale, or installation.
Per qualified lead only
A qualified lead completed an estimate, owns the address, gave one-to-one partner consent, verified an email or phone number, and is not a duplicate from the prior 90 days. Partners have seven days to dispute bad contact information, renters, duplicate leads, or addresses outside their territory. We charge no flat fee and never charge per appointment, contract, sale, or installation.
